It now also contains 95% naturally derived ingredients and is completely vegan. Skin compatibility dermatologically approved. New formula is the absolute worst
I have been using this for at least 15 years. It was the best product to use on my sensitive skin. BUT I put some on today and it left my skin feeling even drier and tight. I had to put 3 layers on to feel a little hydrated and it still wasn’t enough and my skin has now started to breakout. My husband even notice a difference. I’m completely devastated that Nivea changed the formula because it took me so long to find the perfect moisturiser, and now it’s gone :(. Nivea, please bring the old formula back… and until then, you have lost yourself a loyal customer.

New formula is terrible!!
This was by far the best moisturiser on the market until you introduced the new vegan formula, which is honestly terrible! It no longer absorbs or moisturises the skin. Instead, it just sits on top, leaving white streaks everywhere and failing to do its job. Rather than recommending alternative products, none of which compare to the original Nivea Soft, could you confirm whether your quality team plans to address the many negative reviews from the past 3 months and bring back the original formula? I'm all for sustainability, but the product needs to actually work! This is so disappointing!

Nivea Soft new formula
I absolutely agree with Natalie! This new formula is terrible. It is sticky and stings my skin. It also leaves my skin feeling tight and I’ve started to break out on my cheeks. I’ve been using Nivea soft for 20 years and even got my mum onto it ten years ago. We have LOVED it and I’m devastated with this new formula. Just devastated.
