Before usage, wet your face

Rinse the residue off with lukewarm water

NIVEA Gentle Exfoliating Scrub with Lotus Flower, Vitamin E and Hydramine®– so your skin gets the best care you deserve! These ingredients work to deeply and gently exfoliate your skin whilst cleansing. The formula is made from naturally derived micro scrubs that work to refine the skins texture and refresh your skin whilst maintaining its natural moisture balance. The application is simple: Simply apply the scrub to your wet face, avoiding the eye and lip area. Afterwards, rinse it off with water. Enjoy the scrub two to three times a week. The skin compatibility of this face scrub has been dermatologically approved.

I have brought this for 20 years + and has always been excellent, however this time it is runny and not as much exfoliate as normal, I am hoping this is just a one off and will go back to normal and thick

Pointless exfoliating balls
My skin seemed to like the formula. It smells a bit like an air freshener, but not offensive. But the little plastic balls inside are absolutely pointless. They do not exfoliate at all. They stay in your hairline if you do not rinse off thoroughly. A shame as it could be a decent product.
