If you would like to make a claim, please fill out the required details in the form below and upload a clear image of the receipt for purchase of the eligible product. Please note claimants may only submit a claim at the earliest 4 weeks after purchase and at the latest 8 weeks after date of purchase during the purchase promotional period.
*The Promotion commences at 12.01am AEST/NZST on 1 September 2024 and closes at 23.59pm AEDT/NZDT on 24 December 2024 (Promotion Period). Submit receipt online. Any Claim regarding an Eligible Product purchased after the Promotion Period will not be accepted. Claims must be submitted in accordance with clause 6. Claimants may only submit a Claim at the earliest, 4 weeks after purchase of an Eligible Product, and at the latest, by the end of 8 weeks after the date of purchase of an Eligible Product, or by 23.59pm AEDST/NZDT on 18 February 2025 for any Eligible Product purchased on 24 December 2024 (Claim Period).
